omelette Parisian





ingredients:

3 egg (beaten with salt ) ;
 2 slices of small onion ( chopped ) ;
4 very thin slices of tomato ;
2 slices of mozzarella ( chopped ) ;
2 slices of ham ( chopped ) ;
1 tablespoon (soup) of olive oil ;
black pepper to taste.


Way of preparing:

In omelette pan put olive oil, fry the onion until wilted .

Place the ham , take a braised , put ½ portion of eggs already beaten .

Add the sliced ​​tomatoes and mozzarella , correct with 
salt and place the other ½ of eggs.

Cover, cook over low heat until firm . Turn the omelette pan and let it brown the 
other side. Serve hot and sliced ​​.
 

Makes 4 servings .
