Goulash








ingredients:

1 kilo of clean hard cushion and cut into cubes
1/2 cup ( tea) of sunflower oil
800g onion
1colher ( tea) of vinegar diluted in 1.5 liters of water
1 red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon ( tsp) marjoram
1 teaspoon ( tsp) cumin powder or chopped fresh cumin
1 tablespoon ( soup) tomato puree
Salt to taste


Method of preparation:

1- In a pressure cooker , place the oil and let it heat up. Fry the onions and peppers. Add water with vinegar and meat .

2- Put the crushed garlic , salt and other seasonings. Finally , place the tomato puree . Close the pan .

3- When the pan into the pressure, that is, start making noise, lower the heat and simmer for half an hour.

4 Serve with potatoes and cooked carrots .

Yield: 5 servings
