ingredients:
1 kilo of clean

Method of
preparation:
1- In a pressure
cooker , place the oil and let it heat up. Fry the onions and peppers. Add
water with vinegar and meat .
2- Put the
crushed garlic , salt and other seasonings. Finally , place the tomato puree .
Close the pan .
3- When the pan
into the pressure, that is, start making noise, lower the heat and simmer for
half an hour.
4 Serve with
potatoes and cooked carrots .
