Jenipapo Balls









Ingredients:


10 jenipapos

1 pound of sugar

200 grams of crystal sugar


Method of preparation:


Pass the jenipapo in the meat grinder and enjoy the broth.

Add the sugar. Bring to the heat and stir until it loosens from the pan.

Let it cool on a shallow dish, roll the balls and pass on the crystal sugar.
